Can I license a song for use in (audio)visual products?

The use of music paired with fixed or animated images require that you must obtain the necessary synchronization rights both from the producer or record company (Master Use rights) and from the Publisher(s) (Composition rights).

At Tency Music, we can offer you the masters rights (similar to the production license) for a particular song. This is the permission needed to use a licensed sound recording in some form of visual media. However Master Use rights must be paired with the Publishing Synchronization rights for the usage to be considered fully legal.
